½ cup of sliced green beans
½ cup of shredded carrot
150g of firm tofu (3 inch cube)
1 ½ tbsp of toasted sesame seed
1 tbsp of soysauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 ½ tsp of white miso paste
1; Shred carrot into match thin sticks. Branch them for 1mins. Branch peas for 30 seconds and thinly slice green beans.
2; In a motor and pestle, add toasted sesame seed then grind them. Add 1 ½ tsp of miso paste,1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce then continue to grind them until it's fully mixed.
3, Toss 1 & 2. Ready to be enjoyed!

1; If you taste it's bland, feel free to add more soy sauce and sugar.
2; Toss tofu mixture and vegetable right before serving it.
3; Try with many other vegetables like spinach and broccoli.
Store the tofu, dressing and vegetables separately. It will last upto 4 days in an air-tight container.
