Rolled oats 40g/ ⅓ cup
water 70cc/ 6 tbsp
pickled plum 1-2 pieces
chopped spring onion ½ cup
toasted sesame seed 1 tsp
olive oil ½ tsp
soy sauce ½ tsp
1 ; Place plastic wrap in the bowl. Add oats and water , then mix. Microwave them 600w for 1.5 mins uncovered.
2; Remove the seed of pickled plum then puree them. Finely chop the spring onion.
3; To 1, add 2, soy sauce ½ tsp, olive oil ½ tsp, toasted sesame seed 1 tsp . Mix them to combine. Make a mountain shape.

- Depending on how tart you want, adjust the amount of pickled plum more or less.
- Try adding any fresh herbs as opposed to the spring onion for more varieties!
Store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2 days. Steam or microwave them if it becomes too dry.
