Wasabi ochaduke
200 g cooked sushi rice
¼ tsp wasabi
1 umeboshi
spring onion
Cheese ochaduke
200 g cooked sushi rice
spring onion
1 tsp of cheese
<Directions>
Wasabi ochaduke
1; In a serving bowl, add 200 g cooked rice, 1 ochazuke no moto, ¼ tsp wasabi, 1 umeboshi and chopped spring onion. Pour the boiling hot water over the top. Mix and ready to eat.
Cheese ochaduke
1; IN a serving bowl, 200 g rice, ochazuke no moto, chopped spring onion, 1 tsp of cheese, and Japanese seven spices. Pour the boiling hot water over the top. Mix and ready to eat.

-Some ochaduknomoto can contain some animals. Make sure to read the label before you buy if you are plant based.
-Ochadukenomoto is quite salty. Feel free to sprinkle less to your liking. OR dilute with more water.
