TOFU SALAD WITH KIMCHI &TOMATO DRESSING









<TOFU SALAD WITH KIMCHI &TOMATO DRESSING/ キムチトマト冷奴>

<Ingredients>

silken/firm tofu (200g)

nori seaweed (Optional topping)

Dressing

tomato ½ cup diced (100g)

kimchi ½ cup (80g)(Some may contain the fish. Please check the label.)

Toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp

soy sauce ½ tsp



<Directions>

1; Wipe off the excess moisture of tofu. You don’t need to squeeze the liquid out.


2; Dice tomatoes into small pieces. In a bowl, add diced tomato, kimchi, toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp , and soy sauce ½ tsp. Give it a good mix. (Cut kimchi into smaller pieces using kitchen scissors if it’s needed. )


3; Place tofu on the serving plate and top dressing( step2) on tofu.

Garnish some nori seaweed( optional). Ready to enjoy it!

1; Any fresh herbs and chopped green onions go really well with this recipe as a topping.


2; It is the best to be enjoyed when the tofu and dressing are just combined. It will water down as the time passes.
