<TOMATO KETCHUP FRIED RICE/ケチャップライス>

<Cook time> 7 min
cooked rice 300g ( 1 cup of dried rice)
1 green pepper
2-3 tbsp frozen green peas / vegetable mix
1 tsp neutral oil
2 pinch salt
½ tsp pepper
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
tonkatsu sauce 1 tsp
1; Remove the seed of green pepper then mince.
2; Add oil to a large pan on high heat. Sprinkle 2 pinch of salt. Sauté for 2 min. Add frozen peas/ vegetables mix, then cook it for another 1 min.
3; Reduce the heat to low. Make a space in a pan then add tomato ketchup and tonkatsu sauce. Mix with vegetables. Add cooked rice and continue to cook and stir until the rice is warm and equally coated with the sauce.
4; Adjust the taste with salt and ketchup if it’s needed. Ready to be enjoyed.

1; Use any vegetables you have on hand. Onions and carrots are my go-to.
2; Feel free to swap tonkatsu sauce for soy sauce.
