This vegan tofu pizza is all about toppings and sauce.

I have 3 different variety for you to enjoy with!

-Sriracha mayo pizza

-vegan cheese pizza

-gochujang mayo pizza

All of vegan tofu pizza are light, flavorful and low carb!

1 piece of Thin fried tofu

half of avocado

fresh herb( using dill on YouTube)

black pepper


2 tbsp. of Japanese vegan homemade mayo

1 tsp of Sriracha hot sauce


1; Preheat the oven to 200°C = 392°F. Mix 2 tbsp of vegan mayo and 1 tsp of Sriracha hot sauce. Slice avocado.

2; Place fried tofu on a baking tray and smother the half of sauce( process1). Bake it in the oven at 200°C for 6mins or until the edge of fried tofu is crisped up.

3; Take out from the oven. Pile sliced avocado and fresh herb followed by another half of sauce we reserved. Sprinkle freshly crushed black pepper.

<Miwa’s tips>

・Each oven works differently, so please keep your eye on it. If your fried tofu is crisp and brown , it’s ready!

・Fried tofu doesn’t have much taste, so make sure to pile loads of topping to make your pizza bold in taste.

・To make the fried tofu even crispier, pre toast the fried tofu in the oven 200C for 2mins before you add the sauce and toppings. This step is totally optional.

Store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for 1 day.
