This vegan tofu pizza is all about toppings and sauce.
I have 3 different variety for you to enjoy with!
-Sriracha mayo pizza
-vegan cheese pizza
-gochujang mayo pizza
All of vegan tofu pizza are light, flavorful and low carb!

<VEGAN TOFU PIZZA/ ヴィーガンピザレシピ>
<Yield> 2 servings

<Cook time> 6 mins
1 piece of Thin fried tofu
1 tbsp of kimuchi
1 tbsp of canned corn
chopped spring onion
1 tsp of Toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp of Japanese homemade vegan mayo
1 tsp of gochujang
1; Preheat the oven to 200°C = 392°F. Mix 2 tbsp of vegan mayo and 1 tsp of gochujang. Chop kimuchi finely.
2; Place fried tofu on a baking tray and smother the sauce( process1). Pile kimuchi and corn on top. Bake it in the oven at 200°C = 392°F for 6mins or until the edge of fried tofu is crisped up.
3; Take out from the oven and sprinkle some chopped spring onion followed by toasted sesame oil. Enjoy with the extra mayo sauce for dipping.
・Each oven works differently, so please keep your eye on it. If your fried tofu is crisp and brown , it’s ready!
・you can substitute gochujang for miso paste if you want to leave the heat out.
・Fried tofu doesn’t have much taste, so make sure to pile loads of topping to make your pizza bold in taste.
