This vegan tofu pizza is all about toppings and sauce.
I have 3 different variety for you to enjoy with!

All of vegan tofu pizza are light, flavorful and low carb!

<VEGAN TOFU PIZZA / ヴィーガンピザ>
<Prep time> 2 mins
<Cook time> 6 mins
1 piece of Thin fried tofu
¼ cup of sliced onion
⅙ cup of green pepper
2 cherry tomatoes
vegan cheese( as much as you want)
1; Preheat the oven to 200°C = 392°F. Slice onion and green pepper thinly. Cut cherry tomato in half.
2; Place fried tofu on a baking tray and smother the tomato ketchup. Pile onion , green pepper and tomato. Sprinkle vegan cheese. Bake it in the oven at 200°C = 392°F for 6mins or until the edge of fried tofu is crisped up and cheese are melt.
3; Take out from the oven. Ready to be enjoyed.
・Each oven works differently, so please keep your eye on it. If your fried tofu is crisp and brown , it’s ready!
・Fried tofu doesn’t have much taste, so make sure to pile loads of topping to make your pizza bold in taste.

Store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for 1 day.
