I know many of you stuck in your house and not much things to enjoy at this moment. But why don't you enjoy making ONIGIRI to enjoy lovely spring season.
You can still enjoy refreshing air by having a lunch in your own garden or balcony. It's so so important to release some stress to keep your immune system well functioned.
Today's recipe is Epic ONIGIRI idea which kids can also make! Why don't you enjoy cooking with your loved one!

<Cook time> 2mins
・Cooked Rice (300g)
・20g of Grilled salted salmon chunks
・3 tbsp of toasted sesame seed( white and black)
・½ tsp of salt
1: In a bowl, add rice, salmon chunks, and salt and mix them well.
2; Open the plastic wrap and put ⅙ portion of 1. Wrap and twist. Make a ball shape in a wrap.
3; Place the sesame seed in a plate. Put 2 on sesame seed and gently move it around as the rice ball equally coated with sesame seed.
・You can also use any other salted fish chunks. ( not much liquid and oil contained is preferable)
Store it in a plastic wrap for a day( room temperature)
