While you are at home, I'll also be in my kitchen in Tokyo surrounded by Japanese unique ingredients and condiments. If you are interested, I can show you my staples. While you are tasting, I will show you how to make miso soup from scratch. I will be happy to answer any questions throughout the lesson.
