BLOCOLLI SALAD WITH WASABI DRESSING







<BLOCOLLI SALAD WITH WASABI DRESSING/ ブロッコリーのワサビ和え>

<Yield> 2 servings

<Ingredients>

broccoli 1 ½ cup (200g)


Dressing

2 sheets of nori seaweed

2 tbsp of water

½ tsp of kombu dashi powder

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of mirin

½ tsp of wasabi

1 tbsp toasted sesame seed


<Directions>

1; Cut broccoli into the florets, then steam.


2; In a bowl, add 2 sheets of nori sea weed, 2 tbsp of water , 1/2tsp of kelp stock powder , 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of mirin, and ½ tsp of wasabi. Give it mix.


3; Toss 1 & 2 when the broccoli is still hot. Sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed . Ready to be enjoyed.

-we want the broccoli to be still crunchy.


-Mirin contains alcohol. If you concern, make sure to evaporate the alcohol before you mix into. Once it brings to a boil, the alcohol will be cooked off.



<Storage time>

Keep it in the air tight container in the fridge for 3days.
