<BROCCOLI WITH TOFU CREAMY SALAD/ 白和え>


<Yield> 2 servings

<Ingredients>

broccoli florets 1cup (100g)

firm tofu (100g)

1 ½ tbsp of tahini

1 ½ tbsp of soy sauce

2 tsp of white miso

2 tsp of sugar



<Directions>

1; Cut broccoli into the florets, then steam.

Remove the water from the tofu by putting something heavy on top of it.


2; In a bowl, crumble the tofu, followed by 1 ½ tbsp of tahini ,1 ½ tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of white miso, and 2 tsp of sugar, then mash and mix them all together until it becomes pasty and creamy.


3; Toss broccoli and 2. Adjust the taste with salt and sugar. Ready to be enjoyed.

-I don’t recommend using red miso for this recipe. Use yellow miso or white miso.


-Instead of broccoli, spinach, cooked sweet potato, peas, and beans all worked very well.



<Storage time>

Store it in the air tight container in the fridge for 3days.
