<Ingredients>

3 medium carrot (250g) 4 cups, shredded

salt ⅔ tsp

amazake 3 tbsp

rice vinegar 2 tbsp

olive oil 1 tbsp



<Directions>

1; Shred carrot into match thin sticks. Sprinkle salt and massage. Leave it for 10 mins. Squeeze the liquid.


2; In the container, mix 1, amazake, rice vinegar and olive oil all together. Garnish some fresh herbs and ground black pepper if you want.
