<DAIKON LEAF FURIKAKE/ 大根の葉のふりかけ>
＜Yield> 4 servings
<Prep time> 1 mins
<Cook time> 3 mins
3 cup of chopped leaf daikon radish
1 ½ tbsp of salted kelp ( konbu)
1 tbsp of Toasted sesame oil
1; Chop leaf part of daikon radish into bite size.
2; Heat toasted sesame oil over mid heat. Add 1 and salted konbu. Cook it down for about 3mins until the volume reduces down to ⅓. Off the heat and sprinkle some toasted sesame seed if you want to . Top it on the rice and ready to be enjoyed!
・salted konbu has a different ratio of sodium content. Feel free to add more or less.
・If you don’t have salted konbu, you can also use 2 tsp of soy sauce. Adjust the taste with salt to your liking.
Store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for 3 days after you cook.
