< GRILLED OATS ONIGIRI/ オートミールおにぎり>

rolled oats 40g / ⅓ cup
water 70cc / 6 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
mirin ½ tsp
toasted sesame oil ½ tsp
kombu stock powder ½ tsp
1 ; Place plastic wrap in the bowl. Add oats and water then mix. Microwave them 600w for 1.5 mins uncovered.
2; To 1, add soy sauce 1 tsp, mirin ½ tsp, toasted sesame oil ½ tsp and kombu stock powder ½ tsp. Mix them to combine.
3 ; Make a mountain shape. Sear them on the pan until you have toasty marks on both sides.

-Mirin contains alcohol. If you are concerned about it, just burn off the alcohol by bringing it to a boil once. OR you can leave it out.
Store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2 days. Steam or microwave them if it becomes too dry.
