<LETTUCE SALAD WITH NORI SESAME DRESSING>

<Ingredients>

1 whole lettuce

grated garlic 1 clove

soy sauce 1 tbsp

toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp

nori seaweed 2 sheets

toast sesame seed 1 ½ tbsp



<Directions>

1; Grate garlic. Remove the core and leaf of lettuce then tear into bite size pieces by hand. Wash then let them dry. Toss it with toasted sesame oil and grated garlic. Microwave them 600w for 3-4 mins until the lettuce is lightly soften.


2; Add soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds. Tear nori seaweed and add it to the salad. Toss them to coat. Ready to be enjoyed.

1; If you like garlic, feel free to add more.


2; Adjust the taste by adding more soy sauce if it’s needed.
