<NORI AVOCADO TOFU RICE BOWL/ 海苔の佃煮アボカド丼>

<Ingredients>

Steamed sushi rice 250g

avocado 1/2

firm tofu 100g


sauce

nori seaweed paste 1 tbsp

any neutral oil 1 tsp

Wasabi paste 1 tsp

toasted sesame seeds 1tbsp


topping

chopped spring

shiso leaves

coriander

Italian parsley



<Directions>

1; Cut avocado and tofu into ½ inch dice.


2; Combine nori paste, wasabi paste and oil. Add 1 and toasted sesame seeds. Toss them to coat.


3; Serve rice and scoop generous amounts of 2 on top. Garnish some chopped spring onion or your favorite herb if it’s needed.

1; Toss everything just before you serve it. Moisture of tofu will seep out and result in water down.


<Storage time>

Keep the sauce and other ingredients separately in an air-tight container in the fridge. The sauce will last 3 days.
