<OKRA NATTO TOFU SALAD/ ねばねば冷奴>

silken tofu (200g)
natto 1 pack (including sauce and mustard)
okra 3 pieces
soy sauce 1 tsp
1; Wipe off the excess moisture of tofu. You don’t need to squeeze the liquid out.
2; Mix natto, natto sauce, mustard and 1 tsp of soy sauce.
3; Blanch okra for 30 seconds. Thinly shred them.
4; Combine natto(step2) and okra(step3). Top it on the tofu. Ready to be enjoyed.

1; Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking.
2; If you are vegan, swap natto sauce for soy sauce since the sauce usually contains fish stock.
