Onsen egg rice bowl

This is my super quick breakfast rice bowl!!


I don’t now if I can call this as a recipe because it’s too simple. haha

But this is my real quarantine breakfast, which is nothing fancy but tasty and quick.

<Yield> 1 serving

<Cook time> 1mins


<Ingredients>

・1 onsen egg

・150g of steamed rice

・1 tbsp worth of chopped spring onion

・1 tbsp worth of finely chopped myoga( you can substitute to shallot)

・1 tbsp of soy sauce




<Optional toppings>

kimuchi

ginger

sesame seed

avocado

natto



<Directions>


1: Serve steamed rice on bowl. On top of that, place Onsen egg in the center along with chopped spring onion and myoga.


2:Drizzle some soy sauce. Break the egg and mix them all. Ready to be enjoyed!



<Note>

・As you can imagine, the topping are endless. anything which had a texture will enrich your bowl.


<Storage time>

Store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
