<APPLE DRESSING/ トマトの生姜リンゴドレッシング>
＜Yield> 4 servings

1 small tomato (200g)
1 small apple (250g)
soy sauce 3tbsp
water 2 tbsp
Toasted sesame oil 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
ground toasted sesame seed 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
1; Cut tomato into small dice
2; Put apple, soy sauce, water, toasted sesame oil, sugar, garlic and ginger into the blender and blitz up until it’s pureed. ( I like to have a little bit of chucky texture left. )
3; Combine 1 , 2 and ground toasted sesame seeds. The sauce is ready and can be stored in the fridge for 5 days.
4; Serve rice along with the tofu or fried egg on top. Drizzle 3 and sprinkle some chopped spring onion. ready to be enjoyed

1; If it’s too pungent, reduce the amount of ginger and garlic.
2; This dressing will go with many things such as leafy greens, fried eggs, toss with cold soba noodles, and dress on silken tofu.
Keep it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 5 days.
