2 turnips( 200g)
½ tsp of salt
2 tsp of yukari seasoning
1; Thinly slice the turnip. Sprinkle some salt and massage , then leave it for 10mins. Squeeze the water.
2; Toss 1 and yukari seasoning. Ready to be enjoyed.

-Yukari seasoning is pretty salty and tangy. Start with 1 tsp of it and add little by little based on your preference.
Keep it in the air tight container in a fridge for 5days.
