It’s been humid and hot in Japan. I know this is just a binning of crazy hot summer…
This homemade dressing is refreshing , pungent, and savory which can whipped up in a min★
Basically it can go with any vegetables , chicken, and tofu, but my recommendation is with tomato and avocado!
＜ASIAN GINGER DRESSING>
▶ vegan, vegetarian
＜Yield> 3 servings
<Prep time> 2min
<Cook time> 0 min
2- 3 tbsp of grated ginger
1 tbsp of sugar
1 ½ tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp of olive oil
Any fresh herb
1: grate the ginger.
2: Mix every ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle generous amount of dressing on your favorite vegetables. Ready to dig in!
・3 tbsp of grated ginger is quite peppery. If you are sensitive to pungent, add 2 tbsp of grated ginger. I love ginger, so I’m happy to add 3 tbsp , but not for kids definitely!
<Recommended side dish>
Steamed rice ♡
Store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for 1week.
