<BANANA CINNAMON TEA>

2 tea bags
1 medium ripe banana
soy milk/ almond milk 100cc
1; Steep 2 tea bags in 150ml of water. Let it steep for 2-3 mins over small heat. Discard tea bags.
2; Add 100ml of milk and banana cut in coins. Let it cook for 5 mins over small heat as you mash the banana. Pore into the mag and sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Add any sweeter if it’s needed.

Keep it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 day.
