CARAMERIZED ONION JAPANESE DRESSING











 

<CARAMERIZED ONION JAPANESE DRESSING/飴色玉ねぎドレッシング>


▶vegan


<Yield> 2 servings


<Prep time> 5mins


<Cook time> 10 mins


<Ingredients>


1 large( 300g)/ 2 cups sliced onion

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil


Seasoning

1 clove garlic, grated

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar

1 ½ tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp black pepper



<Directions>


1; Thinly slice onion. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Add onion and salt. Cook it on medium heat until it’s caramerized. Transfer to the container or glass jar.


2; Mix the rest of ingredients then combine with onion (step1).

1; Be patient and cook the onion until you get a golden caramerized color.

Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for 5 days.
