I often go to wholesale market, where they offer quite a big portion stuff with pretty reasonable prices, just like a COSTCO.
We are just 4 of us in my family so, I can not use up all once. What I do is cut in advance, season them and freeze them. On the weekday, all I have to do is defrost and stir fry it with some vegetables.
Today’s dish is one of those. I'm showing how I meal prep and how to create multiple dishes by doing so, which is mabo tofu and vegetable wrap!
Having these kind of meal prep secures me a lot in case of emergency.
I really hope this idea gives you some method of no wasting food especially in this tough time.

2 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of rice wine
1 tbsp of miso paste
2 tsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of tobanjan paste( Chinese chili paste)
1 tsp of potato starch
1: In a big bowl, add ginger, garlic, rice wine , miso paste, oyster sauce, tobanjan paste, and potato starch. Mix them well. After everything dissolved , add minced pork and combine them completely.
2:Transfer them to the plastic bag, and zip it completely. Make it flat by pressing by hand. Once it become flat, put it in the freezer and let it sit until it becomes frozen.
I'm using pork today, but you can use chicken mince, turkey mince too.
-Let the seasoning dissolved well before you combine with meat.
