１ cup green beans (60g) ,chopped
½ tbsp peanuts butter, unsweetened
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1; Bring the water( 1L) to a boil and add ½ tsp of salt. Blanch green beans for 30 seconds.
Drain and let it cool down. Trim off the top and thinly slice them.
2; Mix <dressing> in a bowl.
3; Toss 1 and 2.

1; Use any nut butter you want. Tahini is also a great alternative.
2; Use broccoli, edamame, and cooked potato as opposed to the green beans.
3; Soak the green beans in ice bath to stop the cooking process after blanching them to retain the color and texture. ( Optional)
