Are you looking for easy & tasty dipping sauce to enjoy fresh veggies?
This miso dipping sauce is packed with flavor which go with any type of vegetables and protein sources such as grilled chicken and tofu.
I'm combining mayo and miso.
Miso helps to deepen the flavor a lot more than mayo itself.
When I want to add a little more variety of vegetable on my table, I whip up this in 5mins.
Miso dipping sauce can be kept in a fridge for at least a week.
Always better not to use the stove or oven in summer.
This miso dipping sauce is exactly what you want! haha
< JAPANESE MISO DIPPING SAUCE>
＜Yield> 4 servings
<Prep time> 8 mins
<Cook time> 0mins
1 Asian cucumber ( thin one)
½ of carrot
½ of celery
½ of paprika
※Any vegetable you want to dip with!
1 tsp of sugar
grounded toasted sesame seed
1 tbsp of yellow miso without MSG
5 tbsp of mayonnaise without MSG
1:Cut you favorite vegetables into matchsticks. Place them onto the plate.
2; Mix dressing listed above. Transfer onto the glass jar. Dip vegetables and enjoy!

・If you think the dipping sauce is too thick, thin out with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of soy sauce!
・You can swap mayo for Greek yogurt or sour cream. If that’s the case, adjust the taste by adding more salt and miso paste.

For dressing, store it in a air-tight container in the fridge for 7days.
